1. Donations Are Final and Non-Refundable

All donations made to Namai Narmada Sangh, whether online or offline, are voluntary, non-refundable, and non-transferable contributions toward our environmental and social initiatives.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned under any circumstances.

2. No Exchange of Goods or Services

All contributions to Namai Narmada Sangh are made out of goodwill and do not involve the exchange of any goods or services.
As such, commercial refund or exchange policies do not apply to these charitable donations.

3. Recurring Donation Cancellations (If Applicable)

If you have opted for a recurring or monthly donation, you may request cancellation of future transactions by emailing us at info@namaminarmadasangh.in.
Please ensure the cancellation request is sent at least 5 business days prior to the next scheduled payment.
Cancellations will apply only to future donations — past transactions cannot be reversed or refunded.
